NRI Support

The Indian diaspora has been a notable contributor of Save the Children's causes. Save the Children however believes that the Indian diaspora has not be able to do as much as it can, due to lack of knowledge or information. The worth of NRIs is huge (estimated to be US$ 1 trillion) and if NRIs decide to donate even small amounts from their income, due to currency conversion, it can make a huge difference in India.

Donations made by NRIs, like ones from Indian individuals are put into unrestricted funding. This means that these monies are used by the organization to fund its most important programs; this in turn means, reaching the most vulnerable and deprived children. These donations, save lives, help educate children and provide them protection and support.

We urge NRIs to donate in India by donating to Save the Children.

You can make a one time donation (monthly donations are not possible as of now and are not taken by us from NRIs) every month and help save children.

Please donate today.

If you would like more information, are a trustee, have links with a trust or are considering setting up a trust, we would love to hear from you so we can work together to save children’s lives.
